POW Studios was formed in 2015 by industry leading creatives, Matthew Lambourn and John McKay and we have since grown into a full post-production facility, comprising sound, picture and VFX.
Between us we have nine decades of award-winning post-production experience including nominations for Golden Reel Awards, Academy Award nominations and numerous New Zealand Film Awards for Sound Design and Editing.
Based in the heart of New Zealand’s film industry in Wellington’s post-production hub, we have deep connections with the world-renowned picture and visual effects facilities throughout the region. We also have offices in London and California.
We love to work collaboratively with our specialist team who are expert at manipulating the reel and transforming it into the surreal or the fantastic.
