Warren's Vortex

With ambitions no higher than wanting to barbecue the perfect steak with his mates in his sunny, Lower Hutt back yard; Warren Harrison (Maaka Pohatu) finds his life disrupted somewhat as an inter-dimensional vortex sucks his daughter Lucy (Louise Jiang) into an apocalyptic frozen wasteland controlled by killer fridges.

The pair must right the copious wrongs they encounter as they zip from world-to-crazy-world through said vortex.

With a classic kiwi-humour bent, understated and self-deprecating, this series from Kitchen Table Ltd brings suburban NZ into the comedy spotlight.
